At Verano Luxe, everything we do is built around you — the way you live, the way you unwind, and the way you want to feel walking out the door. This page exists to keep things clear, smooth, and honest, so that from the moment you book to the moment you leave, you feel taken care of.

Our Promise to You

We pour our heart into every service we offer. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t feel quite right — and when that happens, we want to hear from you.

If you’re not 100% in love with your hair, please reach out within 4 days of your appointment. You can email us (photos welcome!) or stop in so we can see and talk through your concerns in person. We’ll schedule a complimentary correction appointment — with your original stylist or another member of our team if you prefer.

There are no refunds on services, but there is always room for honest conversation and care.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Every appointment at Verano Luxe is thoughtfully reserved just for you — and we completely understand that life happens. If you need to make a change, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that time to someone else who’s been waiting.

We require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This isn’t about penalties — it’s simply a reflection of the time and care that was set aside just for you.

You’ll receive a reminder 96 hours before your appointment and again 48 hours before — because let’s be real, even the most exciting plans can slip the mind.

Children & Guests

At Verano Luxe, your experience is completely your own — whether that means a peaceful solo escape or bringing someone special along.

Each appointment takes place in a private, elegantly designed suite. That means no noise from neighboring chairs, no interruptions, and full control over your environment. So if you'd like your child, partner, or a friend to join you during your service, they are more than welcome. Your stylist will always honor the vibe you want to create — quiet and reflective, chatty and upbeat, or somewhere in between.

And if what you’re craving is time away — from to-do lists, busy schedules, and the beautiful chaos of family life — you’ve come to the right place. We specialize in curated, one-on-one experiences that let you completely tune out, recharge, and feel taken care of.

However you want to show up — solo or with company — we’re here to make the space feel like it was made just for you. Because it is.

Pricing & Consultations

Every stylist at Verano Luxe brings something unique to the chair — and our pricing reflects their individual experience, ongoing education, and time spent perfecting their craft. That said, no matter who you’re booked with, you can feel confident you’re in the very best hands. We proudly stand behind every artist in our space.

All service menu prices are base rates. Final pricing may vary depending on the length, density, and condition of your hair, along with the techniques and products involved. But don’t worry — your stylist will walk you through everything before they begin, so there are no surprises.

Not quite sure what you need yet? A consultation is a perfect starting point. It’s a no-pressure moment to meet your stylist, ask questions, and get a sense of what’s possible. Consultations are required for extension services and weddings/events, but welcomed for anything else you may want to explore.

Sometimes we discover things during a consult — like previous chemical damage, heat stress, or buildup — that may affect your hair’s health or outcome. If that’s the case, we’ll talk it through together and map out your best options. You’ll always know what to expect before we begin.

Payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment.
